At Nashville Music Gear, we stand behind the products we sell. Our policies strive to protect both the customer and the companies involved. Generally, all merchandise which is purchased as “New” is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, usually a limited lifetime warranty in which the buyer’s receipt acts as proof of purchase for coverage per the manufacturer’s specifications. In most cases where repairs under warranty are authorized, the buyer will be responsible for sending the item back to the manufacturer for the work to be performed. In certain situations, Nashville Music Gear will be the party directly responsible for the repair or replacement of a new item under warranty. In all cases, Nashville Music Gear will assist the buyer where ever possible with warranty matters.

All other items purchased as ‘used’ or ‘refurbished’ are typically purchased “as is” and are ‘covered’ by Our Fair Return Policy, which states: “Should the buyer be unsatisfied with any used or refurbished item purchased from Nashville Music Gear (‘seller’), the buyer, within 14 days of receiving it, may return the item to the seller for a full refund of the purchase price. The Buyer is responsible for the costs associated with properly packing, insuring and shipping the item back to the seller. This policy is strictly our policy for returns and in no way is meant to replace or be in non-compliance with eBay’s selling rules and policies on this same matter. In all cases where there is discrepancy regarding an item we sold on eBay, we will defer to eBay’s policies and procedures.
